Where We Started
Waves Group began as an architecture firm. For years, we designed buildings for other people. We studied how spaces work. How natural light changes a room across the course of a day. How the relationship between a kitchen and a dining area determines how a family spends its evenings. How a corridor, a ceiling height, a window position shapes the way a building feels to live in.
We build for residents who know the difference between a property and a home. We build for investors who want returns backed by genuine design integrity, not just market speculation.
We became very good at designing buildings that other developers then built, often imprecisely, sometimes badly. We watched the gap between what we drew and what got built widen with every project.
So we closed that gap ourselves.
