1. What is Grace Court?

3. What is the minimum investment for off-plan purchase?

The minimum investment entry for Grace Court is N50,000,000. Full investment documentation, including the Private Placement Memorandum, is available on request.
4. What returns can I expect as an investor?

Grace Court is structured to deliver up to 20–24% returns annually. Rental income for 4-bedroom maisonettes in Ikoyi was estimated at N38M to N80M per annum as of January 2025.
5. How is the payment structured for outright purchase?

Payments are made across four milestones — 40% at agreement signing, 30% at structural framework completion, 20% at finishing and installation, and 10% at final handover and key collection.

Yes. Grace Court holds full approvals from the Lagos State Physical Planning and Development Authority (LASPPDA) and the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA). We do not begin construction on any development without complete regulatory clearance.
